Darrell D. Ostwald was an employee for the Chicago and North Western Railway and also for the Milwaukee Road Railroad
for 2 years. Darrell was employed by the CNW for 38 years at various locations.
A couple of places Darrell worked was at Euclid Yard in Ishpeming, the old depot across from the Soo Line depot in Negaunee
(LS&I/C&NW). When Darrell worked for the Milwaukee Road, he was employed in Illinois and then got hired back by CNW.
Darrell also sold one of the last CNW "Peninsula 400" tickets.
He passed on March 26, 2001.
